1. Nature of Bids & Advertising Placement

Bids submitted on instabid.live constitute non-refundable purchases of digital leaderboard advertising placement for the active weekly season. Buyers are paying for position priority and traffic exposure on our public directory.

2. Prohibited Content & Listings

We strictly prohibit listings promoting illegal content, sexual/explicit services, scam platforms, or unauthorized invite links (e.g. Telegram/Discord invite spam). Listings violating these guidelines will be removed without refund.

3. Ownership Verification Requirement

All bidders must complete our Bio Challenge Verification or OAuth verification prior to listing placement going live. Submitting bids for accounts you do not own or control is strictly prohibited.

4. No Refund Policy

All completed payments through Stripe are final and non-refundable. If another user outbids your current rank, your listing remains active at the rank position your bid amount secures until the end of the active weekly season.
